Natalie Chick started NC Management because she knew exactly what small business owners were going through — because she was one. She's hired her first employee, her fifth, and her tenth. She's felt the panic of scaling too fast and the satisfaction of figuring it out. NCM exists because of that experience, not despite it.

Her love for this work started young. At 16, Natalie opened her first checking account, grabbed a pencil and paper, and made her first budget. She was hooked. Over the years she led financial literacy groups, guided individuals through Dave Ramsey's leadership courses, and worked with her local faith community on budgeting and tax support — all before NCM ever had a name.

Today, that same instinct shows up in how NCM works with clients. Not as a consultant handing over a report, but as a partner who genuinely cares about where the numbers land and where the business is going.
